The apartment is ideal for two people wanting a good base for all Lake District attractions with all the peace and privacy of your own space. It has direct access to the courtyard, a pretty, sunny, enclosed area perfect for eating out on warm days, via a short flight of stone steps to a small balcony.

The apartment doors are glazed, to allow maximum views through to the mountains and there is a lovely view up the valley from the balcony, a great place to sit in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Inside the apartment there is a split-level living/dining/kitchen area with views over the courtyard to the lake and mountains beyond. The double bedroom has luxury, en-suite facilities with a good, large shower .

The living area is contemporary in feel with TV and CD provided, comfortable and uncluttered but still very much in keeping with the age of the house and all designed for relaxing and chilling out.

The kitchen is fully equiped with Neff appliances and high quality finishes.

There is ample parking in the main house car park and also access to the courtyard for loading and unloading luggage, mountain bikes, etc. We have good , secure storage for bikes and there are excellent mountain-bike routes from the door.
We provide bedding and a mid-week change is available at the laundry charges, approx £5 We can also provide towels, at a small cost to cover laundry, and a change of towels mid-week, if required.

A deposit of £100 is due on booking with full payment of the remaining rental due six weeks before the holiday date.We also ask for a £50 deposit on arrival, against breakages, and this is returned, subject to any costs, at the end of your stay.
We have an excellent daily dairyman, who can provide a variety of milks, yoghurt, cheeses, butter, drinks and many more items.If you need items ordering to be waiting for you in the apartment, please indicate this on booking.

The apartment is non-smoking.
We are sorry but we cannot take pets.

The weekly tariff is from £325 (low season) to £550 (high season, Christmas, New year and Easter). Weekly rental is normally Friday to Friday.
