	All our rooms are en-suite and individual and have everything that we believe you need to enjoy your stay. Each room has a CD player with a selection of CDs – and more if you need them - a television with teletext, hair-dryers, teas and coffee and we always have fresh milk for you to take up to your room. The sheets are crisp and all beds have very individual bed-quilts.
			The Contemporary Room We love this room – it has a cosy feel even though we keep it cool and contemporary and it overlooks trees full of birdlife. £85 for double occupancy per night - King-size bed.

			Room with a View This is another of our more contemporary rooms with the best view in the whole house! The large windows look out over Esthwaite and the Langdales and the room seems to be flooded with light almost all day long. A great place for taking in the sunsets, too. A very special room. £95 for double occupancy per night - King-size bed.
			The Cosy Four Poster Room This room has it’s own small staircase off the main stairs and is cosy and private –one visitor described it as ‘a little nest away from the rest of the world’ – a great place for lovers! £75 for double occupancy per night - at quiet times this room can be used for single occupancy at £45 per night.
			The Country House Room ( ' Room with A Yew'! ) This is a really lovely room with all the elements you would expect in a country house without being 'chinzy' . It is spacious and often flooded with morning sun. It overlooks the beautiful old yew trees at the front of the house and is very peaceful. It has a very inviting King-size bed. £90 for double occupancy per night.
			The Balcony Room This is our largest and most popular room, with a large, inviting King-sized bed, a wonderful atmosphere and very welcoming. The large en-suite has a bath as well as a shower. Best of all, it has a balcony with views across Esthwaite to the mountains (shown). £100 for double occupancy per night.
